In one project, I was tasked with improving the user experience of a feature mobile phone by enhancing its information architecture. This involved revamping the standby screen to include a clock and status/event information that was easy to read and visually appealing. Understanding the importance of GUI for the Japanese market, I designed an analog clock with a 3D look and feel. The clock was integrated with state information, such as remaining battery life and reception sensitivity, to provide users with a unique and personalized experience. My goal was to increase visibility and provide a more dynamic delivery of information, while also allowing users to showcase their individual personalities.
